How to network better (future goal of entrepreneurship, I.e. sponsor
Hey guys,
So I'm pretty young still 22yrs, how can I network better as a young guy who is just starting in real estate. I want to start screening for investors with cash to be potentially LPs one day.
Then how do you maintain these contacts?
I know people say well being something of value to the table, what are some examples of this? I.e. I'm pretty good at finding deals. I just don't have much cash and it ruins my confidence in this whole investor world. Do I need to start small on my own?
You’re young, just focus on general networking first. Would also start doing small deals on your own to get some sort of track record that you could present to potential LP’s (and to make some bank).
