How to reach out to small boutique with few points of contact?

hey everyone,

just wanted to ask what the best approach is to asking for an internship at a small boutique with few points of contact

if say i can only find the few senior employees (VP and above) on LinkedIn and on the website, should I still follow the normal route of cold emailing for a phone call and then ask them about opportunities/internships? or should I just cold email immediately asking for an internship to not waste their time?

what if only the partners' information is available? still go ahead and cold email them or send an email to the general contact email?

thanks!
