How to recruit discreetly while working full time?
I work at an institutional REPE firm with long hours (9am-11pm) and my firm makes us come in everyday. How do you allocate time to networking/interviewing while being discreet?
Stepping into a conference room during the day looks suspicious considering everyone here takes their calls at their desk. Seniors leave at 5-6pm but being discreet is still important to me around the other juniors.
How do you find time to take interviews or have networking calls/meetings?
