I remember going through this and it was certainly tough. If your firm allows you to take an unpaid lunch (mine allowed 1 hour), you should eat quickly and leave yourself 45 minutes or so for calls. Can easily get 1 or 2 calls done in that time. It's tough, but it may be the best way to do it. If you are not in NY, you can also probably schedule calls in the morning when it is past 9 or 10am Eastern Time.
If you are working at a place where you don't see any future return options, you might as well just take breaks during the day and plan your calls whenever you want lol
OP still needs to be aware of impressing his boss during this internship in case OP needs references.
I do need the references. This freaking sucks man. I'm probably going to take a bunch of 30-minute poops then and just crush it as hard as possible when I'm at my desk.
i second this. although its savage. just network like crazy considering the bulk of recruiting may be done in the next month or so (depending on if ur target or non-target)
