How to un-fireable?
I'm a senior in college going into a career in LO AM. The recent layoffs in tech and finance has me scared for the future. My offer looks safe, but what are some things I can do as a junior, and later on in my career to make me as indispensable as possible (beyond the usual work hard, pay attention to detail, etc)?
Be as close to the revenue generation as possible - it’s easier to swap out or remove back office than middle or front office. That or having unique skill sets and knowledge or licenses / certifications
