How to utilize existing connections
I'm a sophomore studying finance at a Target for west coast banks. I've been able to speak with an MD at a BB and he was very friendly and seemed like he wants to help me (told me to reach out again once the SA position is open). I'll also be able to speak with MD's at other banks as well. I'm wondering how I can use this to land an internship for this summer. Do I ask for a referral, or is it something else?
