How will me being an international affect my chances of getting a job

How much harder will it be for me (a canadian citizen) to get a job at a wall street IB. Assuming i’m at a US target school will me not being a perm res/citizen make a huge difference? Especially since i qualify for TN visa? Thanks

Hard. I don't believe the TN applies to banking anymore so you'll be going for the H1B like everyone else. Good luck

well this is disheartening but it’s ok. How well are in-bank transfers? what i mean is how easy/hard is it to request location changes when you’re already within a international bank (like if i work in the toronto branch of goldman)
