How would you study for the interview?
I am interested in a this job for a real estate investment firm. The job description for this interview is as follows:
1) Prepare detailed evaluation of allocated investments; detailed real estate, corporate finance/credit, capital markets due diligence, and preparation of investment summaries.
2) Support Investment professionals in evaluating, originating, structuring, negotiating and closing transactions.
3) Create and maintain acquisition evaluation models in Excel
4) Support Asset Management of multiple real estate classes
How would you prepare and study for a job with a description such as this? What would you guess the majority of work day in and day out would be?
