HR Recruiters
When a bank has a recruiting lead or "talent acquisition" person, are they useful for actually landing an internship or full time role? Like if they have no background in finance and just did Human Resources in university, is it worth having a coffee or call with them to network and eventually reach out to? Or is it better to just network with people in the division who can vouch for you?Any insight is appreciated.
