Talk to as many alumni as possible at places at places you’d be interested in working. Coming from a target school that’s the best you can do.
Like should I still try with GS/MS/JPM? From another post on here I saw that their sophomore programs are still open (JPM hasn't started yet). Reaching out to smaller funds as well. If all fails I'll just do tech (google, facebook, etc.) then just apply this spring for summer 2024
