I am new to the IB recruiting game. Is it too late for SA 2023?

I have a HireVue lined up for Morgan Stanley, but I am wondering if it is even worth doing because I know it is so late in the game. I am waiting on hearing back from GS Superday, but it has been over a week since the Superday and I have not heard back - so I have lost hope. Are all BB cycles pretty much over?

edit: I am class of 2024 and looking for summer 2023.
