I think an HR interview is usually held at the beginning of the process, but I will have a final interview with the HR team for one of my applications to Fortune 500.
I passed resume screening, 1st interview, 2nd interview, and 3rd interview with executive level. Now I got an invitation for a final interview while it is with the HR team. Can I ask what does this means? Is it a formality that only checks background or salary negotiations? Otherwise, is it the final elimination process which can be competitive?
