I have one last shot

So here’s the deal.. I started the whole IB recruitment process back in early April like most everyone else as a rising junior, but being from a non-target of the non-target schools and non-diverse I truly struggled to hear back from shops BB/MM despite networking heavily and having a spotless resume.

Despite struggling, I may have one last chance to get my name in at a regional BB but my only other IBD superday I had (back in April) I didn’t have enough confidence going in and I did awful, or so I thought. I basically blacked out during the whole thing. I truly need advice how to build confidence in general but especially technicals. Advice? Thoughts?

u just gotta power through. don’t beat urself up for ur mistakes but note them, improve on them, get some reps in study that shit smartly - if this is your last chance and you really want this, you owe it to yourself to do your best at whatever is in your hands. you got this!! we fall and we rise baby
