I keep failing Hirevues, need some help

Hi Fellas,

I need some good advice here regarding hirevues. I have probably done more than 20 in total, and I never passed any. (Not only for IB, but also FinTech and Other areas)

I’m asking you people who have successfully passed this step, how did you manage?

Except being from a Non-Target, I am your normal applicant in terms of skills and experience, so what’s not clicking? Am I too ugly or is it my voice? Feeling desperate as I’m preparing for another hirevue tomorrow.
