I need help for an interview for tomorrow.
I am pretty well prepared, but I am having trouble coming up with answer to the question, "why do you want to leave your current firm?"
I am currently at a tiny equity research firm and will be interview at a much more respected equity research firm for an equity sales associate position. What is a general guideline to follow here?
The truth is that the research we produce now is absolute shit and no one will buy it but I can't say that for obvious reasons.
