I think I may be cooked, what next?

I'm a student athlete an target ivy with a bad gpa (3.33). I've done solid networking and applied to about around 30 MMs and borderline BBs. As time goes on, I feel less and less confident that I will be able to break in to IB and I've began to wonder what I can do at this point in time? Obviously, it's too early to say that I'll be rejected from everywhere I've applied, but in the case that I do get nothing, what comes next? Thanks
