Honestly, I don't know of any headhunters or agencies that can place a college undergraduate straight into banking out of school. You need to have some work experience before they can do anything. Occassionally, it might be possible to get a S&T or asset management job, but even that's pretty rare from what I hear. Most agencies I know about for recent college graduates place in middle office (credit risk management) or back office (compliance, operations, finance, etc.)

 

I actually have 2 years have of work experience and I'm in at top 30 B-school for my MBA. Just wondering if there's anyone who can help out in those areas with a front office position?
