IB Diversity Programs
Looking to apply to the freshmen/sophomore introductory diversity programs. Interested in IB. I have a good GPA from a target, but I'm not really sure what else the firms are looking for. These programs have low acceptance rates (10%) and I want to know how they select who makes it. Any insights on the interviews? Obviously it's mostly if not all behavioral since these are introductory programs, right? Should I network and with who?
If you have a good GPA from a target, you should get into a lot of them. Don't think you need to network - p sure most of these decisions are made by HR. Having been to some of them, they have to accept a bunch of non-targets because they don't get enough target apps
