IB FT Recruiting Before End of Summer?

Are there any banks that interview and extend offers before the typical summer IB internship ends? I’m hearing from multiple banks that they won’t do FT hiring until they know what interns accept/reject their offers. I read on WSO had their FT offer from another bank a month before the internship ended. I have a quick turn around between offer extension and when I need to accept and I’m curious if there are banks that start the process before August. Return offer is my #1 goal.
