IB Offer doesn't specify bonus % in offer letter?
Hi guys,
I just completed full time recruitment and came out with an offer I'm very happy with: it's a strong boutique firm doing MM tech deals. MD mentioned during interviews they pay over street. In the offer letter, base is $110k, full normal benefits, 12 days of paid vacation, etc... and it mentions bonus based on individual/firm performances mid-year. It does not however specific any % or target amount of bonus. Is this normal or should I message HR to add it in to the offer letter?
