IB or Strategic Consulting for a foreigner to move to NYC or LDN?

-Graduating from Japanese University(Undergrad)
-Lived in both cities and speak fluent(non-native) english
-Do not have the citinzenship or the visa currently
-Currently have some fulltime offers from IB and Consulting(in Japan office)
I would like to hear your opinions on which option has the highest chance for me to move to NYC or LDN?
Also I would appreciate if you could specify the teams(industry or product wise) and the career paths as well.
-IB(coverage, MA, ECM or DCM?)
-Strategic Consulting
-PE(Corporate or Real Estate?)
-HF(which type?)
The following is not my kind of field currently but probably possible to break into after a few years.
-Corporate Banking(RM, FX or treasury solutions)
-Sales(Equity or Bonds)
-Trading(Equity or Bonds)
-Equity Research(Japanese equities, US or UK)
-Structuring

Not trying to be harsh but they all sound pretty improbable. The biggest issues are your visa and your background. Unless you can craft a REALLY good story on why you need to shift to London/NY after graduating from local university and getting a FT in the same country, I don't see why any companies would go out of their way to sponsor a visa.
Try doing an MBA or something 3-4 years down the road.
