IB recruiting
I’m a recruiter working on a few VP roles at well known advisory platforms and PE firms. Knowing how competitive it is right in NYC and really entire US market, teach me something I don’t know about what would get you to leave one great firm to go to another doing pretty much the same thing (in IB anyway) for similar money?! I have top clients that ppl want to go to but how are you guys juggling the craziness of multiple offers etc? Any help or insight appreciated.
