the banks need to relax with this recruiting timeline, I am already losing too much hair, at this rate I will be a 21-year-old bald male.

Just saw this thread going off with replies and figured I'd say something
I know you guys are going through SA 2022 banking recruiting and as someone who has gone through the process and was prob less qualified than you all, please make sure you guys stay up to date on recruiting, but also take some time to process things and take a break sometimes. I went through recruiting and it was like every single day i was stressed out. When I look back on it, I wish I focused specific days on recruiting and then switch to other things once I took care of those days during the week. Make sure you still hang out with friends, socialize, go outside (this is big cause of everything being remote), and take a breather every now and then.
If a non-target, non-diversity, chump like myself could get an offer, I know you guys can!
