IB SA to S&T FT?

Hi guys,

I really like markets but as luck would have it I received an offer from an IB position I applied to first and, being anxious to have something, I took it. I was wondering how hard the switch is from IB SA to S&T FT? I've heard of people doing it the other way around but never this way. Will I be ignored as I'll be new to the desk compared to previous interns?

What can I do to increase my chances of success?
