IBs offering WFH/Hybrid Model?
Currently in the middle of applying for 2023 IB SA roles… wanted to learn a bit more about which banks offer some sort of flexibility with this instead of requiring 100% in person.
Just to clarify, I’m not trying to find a summer analyst position which has this flexibility… this is more me deciding where I may want to go if I get a return offer for a specific bank based on how they operate for FT roles. Thank you!
