If I end up on campus (spring transfer) in January of sophomore year, am I still in-time for recruiting or late?
Some transfer colleges like Georgetown, Brown, and UVA offer spring admission, so is that still ok? Ik recruiting formally kicks off right then, but a lot of posters have said that it's preferable to email alums around November-December before kids start spamming them so that they have more time to respond + finish technicals by winter break. Obviously I'm not there at the target school then, so by not being able to do all this until January, am I in trouble?
P.S, if I'm already at a semitagret but trying to transfer out, can I still email alums in December maintain contact but then say "I'm now at Georgetown" or wtv, or will I need to network from scratch all over again with Gtown ppl? Thanks!
