If I got a superday should i send a thank u to my 1st round interviewer?
SA 2023. I had a great 1st round, really connected with my interviewer(played same sport in college, knew a mutual connection at the bank). I sent a thank you email after and he replied. Today I found out I got a SD. Should I update my interviewer and thank him and ask keep in contact? Is this customary?
Hey — I’d say it couldn’t hurt if you phrase it right. “Hey xxxxx, hope you’re doing well. just wanted to let you know I got an invite for a superday with xxxx on July xth. Thanks again for taking the time to connect last Wednesday/Monday/whatever.” Do what feels right! Your guy usually knows
