What is AM? Ops? S&T? Since you have equity research separated, I don't know what AM means. If it's ops, that goes right to the front of the easiest list.
To clarify, these are all Front office positions. Sorry I left out S&T, it was completely self-serving since I'm really not interested in it, but let's throw it on there. Should be interesting to read people's speculations.
