I’m an Incoming FTP Full-Time Analyst - Should I Be Worried?

So I’m a incoming full time analyst at FT Partners in SF, having previously interned at a small regional boutique, and I am getting really worried after reading WSO everyday on if I made the right decision on accepting an offer for FTP. I honestly don’t know what to believe on this site because you either have random people who will shit on ftp for no reason as well as FTP employees over exaggerating the culture/reputation out of insecurity. I’m just really scared that I’ll end up hating my time at FTP and will leave before the two year analyst program which means I’ll be subject to FTP’s signing bonus and performance bonus clawback, the latter of which will be extremely painful. Do you think it’s justified to be this worried? I guess I’ll find out for real what FTP is like once starting on the job but idk if it’s appropriate or not to immediately start looking for lateral opportunities.

You’ll never be able to predict the future, so don’t stress on it. Also your question is “should I be worried?” What does worrying accomplish? Even if FTP was a brutal sweatshop, what purpose would additionally mentally torturing yourself until the start date have? Hope for the best, know that it’s not in your control, enjoy life in happiness and form your own opinion once you start
