I'm Doing Something Wrong, I Think?
I thought my networking was going decently well as I was getting a decent amount of responses and having some pretty good conversations. At the end of the call, I have been asking them if I can be put in touch with someone else in their office. Almost all of them agree and tell me to send them a follow-up email. I send them a follow-up and then I don't get any response. What's going wrong here? How am I supposed to get my resume in the door if I can only get to one person per office?
Bankers are usually busy. Just follow up again after 3-5 days. If you don’t follow up they may assume you don’t want it bad enough. If you follow up twice and they don’t respond then come back and ask the same question. GL
Ok but say I already followed up after the call and still no response, then what do i do? Hell some even brought up passing my info along before I even asked and they arent responding. Clearly, the follow ups have failed.
