Importance of Networking for Buyside Exits Post-IB
I know HHs run the recruiting processes and are the "gatekeepers". Does this mean networking isn't important for on-cycle recruiting? Can you get an offer at places where you don't know anyone? Unsure how analysts are able to find time for networking, so wanted to see if I should start establishing relationships right now during my senior year before starting FT.
