Improving my qualities

Hi everyone,

I want to step into investment banking. Currently, I work for Morgan Stanley in a low key division, my current role is basically client services but at least allowed me to obtain the series 7.

Some data about me: degree on business in Spain, master's in finance at Durham University, UK.

I would love to move to wealth management/private banking, research or sales. In order to obtain such a goal I though in obtaining CFA level 1 or getting the series 86. Any valuable input?
