In-person Meeting/Interview

Hi people,

I need a couple of answers about a job process I'm going through for a niche FX Fund. The role is MO Manager who will work with the trading team and the interview process has been going on for like a month and a half now. I was interviewed by 2 VPs and 2 SVs (trading team), HRM, and the co-CIOs all in 4-5 interviews. The VP who is coordinating the interview has confirmed that all of them went well and now they want me to come to the office for an in-person meeting/last round (as per his email) at their expense. Mind you I live in another city in mainland Europe. One of the CIOs did say they wanted me to come and have a day meeting the team/everyone so they could know me better. So I have a couple of questions:

  1. How do I view this in terms of my candidature and is it possible there will be other candidates in the final stages?

  2. What are the etiquettes/small things which you can suggest to me so that it goes smoothly? Other than being well dressed and being on time, etc.

I would really appreciate some tips/feedback and your honest opinion on this.
