Include resume in cold email as a rising freshman?

I've been sending cold emails to alums from my school, but I've heard on the forum that people like to see resume's attached as well. Unfortunately, as a rising freshman, I don't really have that many internship experiences. I was very involved in a startup, worked at a fast food restaurant, and did well in school, but that's pretty much it. I also heard that resume's are more important if you're asking for a referral. I would merely just like to speak with bankers from my school, so in that case, would attaching a resume be necessary? I know this topic has been discussed extensively here, but I think I have provided some extra nuance. Thanks for reading. :)
