Incoming freshman at non target - Should I transfer?
I'm starting as a first year at Wayne State University this fall as a finance major. I'm planning on applying to target schools to start in fall of my sophomore year to increase my chances of breaking into IB. Should I do it? And what are the best things I can do to maximize my chances?
