Incorrect Acronym on Resume - Big Deal?

I recently submitted an application to two different companies and noticed that I missed a letter of an acronym used in the description of one of my positions. While the version of the acronym I used isn't the official one, I've seen several articles and websites use it, since it's very close to the original. Is this a big deal? I don't want to make it look like I don't know what I'm talking about, but both application portals don't have the option to submit an updated resume, and it was a simple yet avoidable mistake. Thanks!

90% of the time hiring managers and HR spend on average 10 seconds looking through your resume. An acronym written incorrectly would only be an issue if it was like, the name of a company. I've definitely had (minor) typos on resumes before and it was never an issue.
