[India IB] Can you help me move from back-end to front-office role?

I'm just 22 yrs old and have 2 years of work ex in the back end team for a BB. have been a top rated Analyst here. also was shortlisted for an internship at New York office of the BB, but things dont seem to work out cuz of Trump and other company specific factors

I really need some help with moving from this backend job to even an entry level FO role.

please help if you could. thanks in advance.

You'd be well served by trying to network within your firm with front-office folks if that isn't frowned upon and you can do it discreetly enough. Otherwise, network with front-office professionals at other shops and try and get your foot in the door that way. You could consider getting an MBA and recruiting for IB jobs through your program if that's of interest.
