At a BB, was in line for promotion as an associate. Team let me know that due to recent headcount changes they no longer have an associate spot for me and I would officially be off their books on June 30th when my analyst tenure ends. I can internally lateral to a different team which has an associate spot but it looks tough out here. What would you do in my situation?
