ING International Talent Program
I am completing my M.Sc. in Finance in NL. I think of applying to ING trainee program within Wholesale Bank department. I would very much appreciate your input.
How hard is it to get into? Heard about 100 people per 1 spot.
What are the good departments to rotate in within the Investment bank(research, ECM/DCM, leverage finance, financial markets) in Amsterdam office?
What are the good teams within Financial Market?
How do you arrange 2nd and 3rd rotations? As far as I understand through networking within the bank, what department would you recommend?
Any tips you wished you had known before going through the program?
