Integrated Master Of Arts in Law for Spring Week

Hi everyone, i’m an incoming second year law student in the integrated master of arts in law 5 year program in Pavia University (I think it’s no target), in italian is Giurisprudenza, i’m deeply interested in work law but also a bit of corporate law. However my family has multiple connection in a lot of Investment Bank and for example Jp Morgan come in my family company literally every month. I want to make some experience in finance world, just to explore this field. I’ve got a very strong connection with an executive director in corporate advisory division of jp morgan and (just for hold the connection with my family) propose me to do a little experience in their office and for this reason i’ve to put his name and surname when i will make application for an intern in their office. While i was searching for their internship i found out about the spring weeks, i think that they could be very useful for me (because i just want to explore that world not taking a full time 6 months stage). But i think that he doesn’t know that i’m a law student and maybe he think that i’m an economics student. I don’t have Linkedin but i have some experience (3 months during the first year) in legal & compliance in Dior and in my first year 3 months internship in the most important law firm in italy (i think it was impossible to take an internship there at this year and with my 23/30 gpa). I did both of those experiences thanks to my family network and also maybe this one in JPM, but i have few questions:
1. Is it possible to take a spring week in jpm as a third year law (italian five years program) student?
2. Is it possible with my gpa?
3. His (as he called) “referral”will guarantee the job? ALSO FOR OTHERS SHORT TERM POSITIONS?
