Hi all,I currently have a FT offer after being an SA at a BB in sales. However, I am interested in working in a strategy and management FT role (~40 hrs/wk) at the same firm after exploring other options since this summer did not suit my interests.How should I go about this? Should I reach out to HR? Should I just decline my FT offer and apply? My FT offer expires in one week, so there isn’t much time there.
