Internal mobility networking
I’m currently on S&T and have been thinking about moving to IBD within my bank. I saw many posts suggest networking with people in the banking teams, can I email someone on the private side directly to set up a networking call? I def don’t want compliance to come after me for this.
Also for internal mobility, is the interviewing process the same as lateral from outside? Will I be given any modeling tests? What other things should I pay attention to?
