Looking for advice to the situation here.
Joined the firm for roughly 10 months doing credit risk and may have the opportunity to transfer to another position I am interested. The firm policy requires at least 1 year before internal transfer, so wondering should I talk to my manager now about this or wait for the interview is officially scheduled?
