International College Senior Without Return Offer

Any advice is welcome. 

For a little background, I am an international senior studying applied math at a target (NYU, Umich, Duke...) and I am planning on graduating a semester early at the end of this year. I interned at a BB for S&T this summer but did not receive a full-time offer (was told not for performance reasons but headcount). Re-recruiting rn.

Just want to seek some advice regarding full-time recruiting and if I should graduate early (idk when most offers come out). Looking at S&T, Asset/Investment Management, Research, Quant... I have yet to get an interview and tbh kinda losing hope. Still networking through cold emailing and would love some help.
