International student. Boutiques SA 23 or BBs SA 24?
Junior international student here. Missed the season for BBs and started to look for boutiques last summer. Recently networked into a AM firm’s c-suite and was told that my resume has been pulled out since I need sponsorship. I feel like there’s no point of keep doing this. None of these boutiques sponsor visa and I realized that’s why I didn’t even get a first round. People suggests me to graduate in 2025 Jan and aim for BBs diversity program(Asian female from a target school). Should I consider doing that or should I keep finding more opportunities for 23 SA? What should I say in an interview about the extra semester? Advice please really anxious right now. Thank you guys so much.
