International Student Seeking Advice

I’m currently a senior at a semi-target school, did my summer at a small investment bank that doesn’t give returns. I’m curious that whether BBs, EB, or MM are still hiring any international kid for Full-Time analyst positions for 2024, especially the one who only has one year OPT. I’ve been receiving automatic rejections for the past month, not being pessimistic here but trying to figure out if pursuing a master degree would be a better choice considering the market conditions.

Also an intl student here. You got great exp, it's just the fucking job market. Also you only have 1 year OPT so why would firms hire someone that has less than 10% chance of staying. I say the masters is well worth it, if you have the financial capacity. Take time networking and wait for the market rebound, keep grinding cause you never know what might come
