Internship Decision

Context: Freshman at target school.

I'm currently doing a spring internship at a small IB boutique. Currently the lead analyst in a merchant banking deal. $30MM convertible loan for 30% of a business. I got an offer to continue in the summer but I'm not sure if I should...

Option 1: Continue the internship paid ~$3k a month 40 hours/week

Option 2: Do internship in healthcare/pharmaceutical market access/business economics and a part time IB internship at a boutique (that does no valuations and focuses on capital raising). Healthcare/Pharmaceutical company pays 4k a month and the wartime is unpaid.

Would it be better to have 3 experiences coming into junior recruiting or just 1. What would you do in my position. Timeline for option 2 would be Feb-May Current Firm, May-July Healthcare firm, July-September IB Boutique (Capital Raising focus).

Thanks for the advice.
