So I got an offer with GE Capital a few days ago and I am filling out employment documents. While my gpa on my resume is the truth, I do have a W on my transcript (in a non-business class). Will that be a big deal when confirming my offer?

No, I'm 99% certain that doesn't matter. It's not like you lied about anything at all during the application process, so you should be fine.
A W doesn't count towards your GPA as far as I know, thus the W versus F or whatever. Tons of different reasons why you might have wanted to withdraw from a class. Don't sweat it.
A withdraw will not affect your GPA at all - don't worry and congratulations!
