Internship Offer rescinded HELP?

Hello all,

So heres the problem. I am a transfer student from a community college and its my first semester at a big name university. Fresh start my GPA is a 0.0. I am a junior but after this semester i will be a senior. i have taken advantage of all my recourses with the internship office here at school and landed myself 2 accounting internships one corporate in the winter and one public in the summer. But the summer one wants a copy of my transcripts after every semester. when i interviewed though i just used my community college GPA (4.0) which is probably why i got an interview. But now i am worried because i am not doing too good in my classes this semester maybe failed one or two not sure yet or i may have just passed with a C. Will theses companies rescind my offer. I plan on taking off the winter semester to intern with one of them and i will take one or two night classes. I need your help?! I am extremely stressed out. It is a lot tougher than it was at my community college. I have already signed and accepted both offers. should i be worried? am i pretty much screwed? I feel horrible right now.

Thanks

probably not the best idea to use your cc gpa in conjunction with your big name

you've already signed both offers, nothing to do but try your best in the classes and hope for the best

worrying about getting rescinded won't make it any more or less likely to happen

Listing your community college GPA as your new university GPA is absolutely crossing the lines and ground for them to rescind even if you rock out a 4.0 this semester but especially if you don't. You should have listed it like this:

[Target University]: Major XXX Expected Graduation Date XX/XX/XX [Community College]: Major XXX Fall 2009-Spring 2012 GPA 4.0/4.0

The difference between getting a 4.0 at a community college and getting a 4.0 at a target university is a big deal. You misrepresented yourself and are probably screwed if they're asking for transcripts.

Then why are you worried? If you listed both you should be fine.
