Internship/Work Advice Am I screwed?

Long time lurker, throwaway account. I go to a non target school in Canada with a 3.3 gpa currently majoring in finance. I’m going into my junior year, interning at one of the 4 big banks as a Fraud Analyst currently. Obviously I wanna make it into IB, and eventually PE. But I know it’s gonna be hard. I’m starting to build up my network and have a family member who’s a former VP at JPM. Am I screwed and focus on another area of finance or keep trying for IB?
